The cloth and adhesive can be gotten from any Mustang restoration
site. You just cut and paste it back over the headliner cardboard.

However, I would get ALOT of really heavy duty 3m adhesive and use it
since the single can they will send you won't be enough to hold it
for long. Professional guys put adhesive in their spray guns and
really blast it in a thick coat all over the cardboard.

When you say "late model" you kind of confused me for a
minute....since your car is a "late model" car.
