Mike here's food for thought. Because an auction is not private you
copy and paste the persons "handle" into either a buyer or sellers
search and see their activity level. With this someone can see a
persons spending habits, what they buy, how frequent, how much, and
spam them if they choose.
I remember looking for an alternator for my car that the person was
selling on Ebay for a "buy it now" price of $75 plus s/h. He listed
must sell for break even price. He paid only $50 with s/h on Ebay a
month ago for it. I offered less based upon this info. The person
was pissed I knew how to research their auction habits. Next, items
I sold on Ebay I saw being resold by the winning bidders for more
money.
