Here are some pics to illustrate the differences (or lack thereof)
between the "Anes" horns that seem to pop up on Ebay from time to
time and the "Stebel" Junior which is in the coupes.

I took the "Stebel Junior" that I got off from Ebay apart to clean
it and used my dremel to buff it up a bit. It took away the "cast"
texture that it was originally but looked a hell of alot better than
what it looked like even after I tried to do a simple cleaning.

I stripped the bracket down to bare metal and primered and painted
it. The blue paint I got at home depot. It was called "Americas
Finest" by Rustoleum. It was a near perfect match.

When I had it apart, I noticed that the impellers encased in the top
section weren't turning the best. I tried to take the top off but
two of the three screws wouldn't budge. Instead I put some
compressor oil into it from the bottom. It spins easily now but
alot of the oil drained back out as a grey sludge. I think they
packed the "Stebel Junior" with graphite to keep it lubricated
instead of requiring oil like the "Anes". I may work on getting the
top off again and put more graphite in it before I install it in the
car.

Fyi, the screws and bolts are 4mm, also found at Home Depot.
