I'd love to get those pictures, thanks!
They are pretty neat. ASC did the conversion. They took the fender flares
from Ford of Europe and started to put them on. They got into a little bit of
a dispute with Ford as Ford didn't want to sell them, nor did they want to
warranty them. ASC made 44 of them and then they were dropped.
There are a few Capris like this around, some of them are not real. You can
get the fenders and the little things to make your own R/S. I have 3 of the 4
fenders in pretty rough shape in my storage unit. I can get the last one from
a company in Ohio that specializes in 71 to 77 Capris.
We will be picking it up on September 14th and trailering it back. I can't
wait! I've always wanted one of these.
