For the coupe? The asc coupe (maybe vert too?) shift knob looks like
this (at least this is what Hank sent me):

The aftermarket or other Ford ones don't have the open face to it. I
also bought a new leather shift knob as an extra ($23 shipped from
ebay) and will use the asc one on special occasions
