Dollars to doughnuts that governor gets yanked, frame supports get
welded in and it gets the snot driven out of it. Hook up the sound
system and reconnect the gauges. Get it inspected as a "kit" car or
a "salvage" or custom whatever.

If the guy is lucky Ford will want it back in 10-15 years.
