Honestly in all the mustangs I have owned I like the khumos on them the best. When they have 50% or more tread I dont think there are too many tires stickier. It was the only tire I got traction with in my supercharged 94GT in 2nd gear. Those tires were the Exsta Supra 712. I have the 711's on my 87 McLaren but they are 245/45/17's on 98 cobra rims (did a five lug conversion with cobra brakes) and I love them. Not as stickey as the 712's but a good tire none the less. But I also agree the nittos are also a excellent choice. But I would still buy the 712's unless I wanted a race tire!
