The 91-93 mustangs have different fenders and different front bumpers. If you look at an 87-89 or 90 and then a 91-93 and measure from the front of the scoop directly in front of the tire to the back of the scoop, the 91-93 is significantly shorter. That was done to make room for the larger tires and wheels. (i.e. the 16" ponies)
