Well, Mike, upon my 2nd & closer look, I caught the front air dam and
got to thinking....Ummm
Take an 86 RS in black, with T-Tops, Pwr. Locks and 5-speed, and then
add the wing, taillamp covers, ascMcLaren wheels and the 3 black vent
plugs rearward of the side rear windows, and you have THIS car. But
two things stood out!

1. The average joe would not know that WITH the T-Tops the cars did
NOT receive the side 1/4 window lexan black out plastic covers, as
the aluminum frame they slide into would not fit due to the roof T-
Top finishing moundings....and

2. the interior is piped in Grey, NOT Red! BINGO, gotta be a real
one, but still that darn Cruise Control pesky thing. (And it's a
Ford Factory Cruise, look at it). Too bizzare for me.

So, I went & checked the listing. Yup, #10 of the 47 EuroCoupes, 1
of 22 in black. Shipped out to receiving dealer on September 13th of
1986. Dealer received it Sept. 27th 1986, a week after the 1987
Mercurys came out. Exactly when all the other EuroCoupes were
hitting their dealers, too.
