I will try to find it. It has been a few years and my memory of their name is kinda faulty at the moment.
They were an interesting little company. They had a fleet of vans that would set out each morning across the Province of Quebec, New Brunswick and Ontario with a load of freshly finished rims.
In some cases, with the more common style rims, they actually have a warehouse full of finished units - and if the rim you wanted finished was the one they had in stock, they would simply 'hot swap' their 'in stock' refurbished rim with your tired and old rim. They would bring you the 'fresh' rim and truck your rim back to be refinished and added to their warehouse for the next hot swap customer.
The catalog that they provided to bodyshops in Ontario listed something like 950 pictures of all the various rims that they had in stock. Frankly I was kind of blown away by just how organized and stocked they were. I would have loved to have kept a copy of their catalog - just for the pictures of just about every rim imaginable. Quite a specific niche that they have specialized in.
In my case, they picked up my rims at my house and 'hot swapped' them on that visit with a fresh set from their warehouse. I just trotted the rims over to the local tire shop, had the rubber installed and balanced, and than trotted back to my house to put the whole thing back on to the car. So it was pretty convenient in that particular case as the car had only about a 1 day down time where I could not use it.
I have heard some good words about a company in Aurora Ontario called Carcones
I just did a quick search via Google to try to track down that company in Quebec, but I didn't hit on anything that looked like their name. I will delve deeper into this. Possibly they do not advertise their service publicly, as they are a 'jobber' and in theory are selling their services through bodyshops etc. But I believe I can track them down again.

Hey Marq,
Do you have any contact information for this company?
I was quoted $200/wheel which seemed a little steep.
