That was the only planned change for the 1991 cars, the 16"
tire/wheel combo. (Well besides interior & exterior color changes).
I was digging thru papers a while back looking to see what wheel they
were gonna go with. Seems as of March 1990, no wheel had been
selected/ordered. Handwriting on wall story, I guess.
