It should be on the padded dash pad of your console on the right side. The padded dash pad is the soft part of the dash that has the two air vents located on the left side of it. It should be jumping out at your nose when you are looking at the dash.
If it is not there, then try Sandy's trick of looking under the passenger seat and hoping that it merely came unglued and fell to the floor and under the seat. If it is not there... then either someone has taken it as a souvenier or else a wild vacuum cleaner sucked it up one day after it had fallen to the floor.

Where is this found. I find the Vin Plate, but exactly where on on 88
mustang would this be found. Just curious of the # of my McLaren.
