My '85 used the factory light harness to the lights and the lights themselves were assembled with factory style plugs that plugged into the Ford harness. The nos replacement lights that I had only had 2 wires coming out of them and a connector needed to be installed on the wires to make it work. I'd just find a set of factory Marchals that have some decent looking plugs and cut them off and splice them to the wires on the lights. The Marchals are on eBay all the time and marginal looking lights don't go too expensively.
