Re: [ASC McLaren ] got my car!! a few q's...

Three variations. 1987 / 1988 / 1989&1990 = 3
I have never been able to find out who the original manufacturers of
them were. I will never give up.
Atlantic Blue / Black / Tan / Claret~Wine / Dark Brown / Oxford
White / All were Cambria Cloth, except the Oxford White, which was
Bayville Vinyl.

push my fingers through. But it sufficiently overhangs the window so
that water would be thrown out and beyond the window. Similarly in
the B position, there is also a bit of a gap that would permit me to
put my fingers through.

McLaren ragtop was designed to fit on these cars. And possibly with
some age shrinkage it might even become a little more pronounced.

ragtop occurs and there should be no light or 'space for putting
fingers through.

replacement ragtop, simply due to the absolutely horrible manner in
which the entire car was maintained.

whose source of origin is unknown ). But from what I gather, even
within the various model years of Mc, there appears to be at least 2
official styles of genuine Mc ragtops ( not including the various
colors or material - I am just referring here to the way the tops
were cut and pieced together ).

word on how many 'genuine' variations on the officially supplied
McLaren ragtops there were altogether.
