The light flicker could be a defective headlight switch, I had to replace the switch on my 85 Capri.

I find it hard to see where the switch would effect the horn, but I guess it's possible if it was causing a short.

The switch is pretty simple to replace and available at most parts store. I got my switch thru AutoZone for about $15

At any rate, it's a simple trial and error that won't cost very much to try.

im not sure why but randomly my horn will stop working the only
sound i will hear is a clicking under the dash it comes back and
goes out once in a while like once a week each...

also as im driveing at night my head lights will flicker on and off
anywhere from half a sencond to up to 2 or 3 senconds the interior
or dash lights stay on and it happens with both brights and normal
lights

its an 85 capri mclaren h/b

any help would be amazing...

p.s. i have tryd pulling and twisting on every wire under the hood
with the lights on and im am still yet to get them to go out my dad
thinks it might be the intirior switch let me know
