Chrysler Crossfire

Dear Friends,
 
I have an '88 bright red McL # 1217. Great shape and I love it.
 
That said, since all of y'all on this site have an intense interest in cars, and somewhat - if I may say - unusual cars; what is anyone's two cents on the new Chrysler Crossfire?
 
It is not a ragtop, but we (wife and I) do not need another as we have the McL and a 2003 Beetle conv.
 
I drove a CC yesterday and after I got my old butt into it I was pretty impressed. It is not a racing car but it sure did feel solid and was not at a loss for get-up and go?
 
Two cents, anyone?
