Due to the fact that it's a repaint (aren't they all?) I am a bit shy
about trying a clay bar. I'd rather live with the situation. It's
really nothing "bad" ~
On my car, there is NONE of it on either side rear quarter, nor on
the deck lid, or rear bumper fascia. Some on both doors, under the
base of the side mirror, and the front fender sides (both sides) BUT
none on the top of the fender where it meets the hood. There is none
ON the hood, either. The part Ian mentions, the lower front air dam -
that is fine, smooth as silk.
I am not gonna lose any sleep over it - who goes around "feeling"
cars, anyhow. Come next springtime, I'll try some really
professional stuff I got from a body shop, called Hand Glaze. It's
removes light surface scratchs.
