Boy, I would have to agree with Tom on this one. No salvage yard is
going to work very hard to bring the interior or exterior of that
car up to the level its at now.

Its probably an unfortunate case where the car was stolen, the owner
got paid his claim and then the car turned up again. The insurance
company marked the title as a salvage and then dumped it out again.
