Ok, question about a Red Cat

In the Collectible Automobile magazine there is a picture of a
Crimson Cat that has bugged me:

It has a odd air dam on the front and what appears to be a wing on
the back. Was that a Ford air dam? Is that an asc wing?

Since Sandy wrote this I was wondering if he would know...I don't
suppose that you have any production or sales pictures of Crimson
Cats?
