You'd have to talk to a body shop about filling in the hole.

You'd have to locate a headliner from a junk yard (any 79-86 Mustang
or Capri should work and be cheap) and get new headliner fabric.

The kit with fabric and adhesive is sold for like $60 at
www.50resto.com or www.texasmustang.com.
