Re: New Top

I had no experience doing a top before, but I bought one for my 85
vert, which I think I got from Cabrioworld. With the help of my dad,
it took a total of maybe 7 hours, spread out over several weekends,
due to lack of time, and allowing the glue to dry. I would suggest
going to a convertible shop that knows what they are talking about.
After looking at a hundred pics of other asc's, I have yet to see one
fit as good as mine right behind the doors. Many I have seen look
like weather would get right through there, or an arm trying to
unlock your door. It took a fair amount of stretching, but more that
anything, it took measurement after measurement. I will double check
where I got the top from, I dealt with 3 companies, just can't
remember which one I settled on. Good luck.
