A company called DECH (I think that is how it was spelled) tarted up Capris
(and other cars) in the 80's. They put on front and rear facias, tuned the
suspension and tweaked the engines.... kind of like what Roush and KB does

wonder who made it? The guy who sent it to me got it at a swap meet.
