My 87 Seems to be faster in "stock" configuration with a Automatic, 3.08 gears, and 225/60VR15's then my purpose built 89 Coupe with the 306 bore, E303/ Cobra R cam, 85 close ratio T-5, 3.55 gears and 225/45ZR17's with Autocross rubber. The 87 feels more buttoned down without the chassie flex the Fox cars are famous for. Less flex means more Tourque
