Nope. They are not PPG/Ditzler.
I checked Paris Blue Metallic under Merkur XR4Ti and they supply code
# 34884. Checked against PPG/Ditzler paint book, and THERE it's
15967. Just hang on until I pick up MY paint and compare it to MY
car's "B" pillar.
