NOPE! That definately HAS the scoops!! (also has the ascmclaren fog lite covers! black plastic with orange raised letters. I was told (??) that they did not use them as they were to fit the Ford Marchal fogs. See, they are mounted where FORD mounts them, not on the otter edge when asc put the Hellas. They were said to not fit the Hellas, but Sandy continues to look for them and will pay thru the nose for them.
