Top motor

I'm new here and I just bought an 86 and I have a problem with the
top motor. It seems the previous owner had some problems too as it
was not installed. Looking at it I'm not sure it is the correct one
as I cannot find a connecter to plug it in. I was told 81 Caddy used
the same on the trunk? It looks like the motor is missing one brush
and a plug would be nice. Any suggestions without spending $150+.

I have in place and it works to lock but no drive up or down.
