Subject: Re: [ASC McLaren ] top not working...
Body:
ok i finally got a chance to go to my car and check out all the
things u said...heres the thing...my car is different than what u
said...im pretty sure i wrote that it was an 89 so maybe thats why
its a little different...either way i took a whole bunch of pics of
the entire car as well as all the parts i could see pertaining to
operating the top...i couldnt see that well because the screw does
not spin up as i had said originally...any other help would be
greatly appreciated to help me make sure that the motor is the
culprit before i spend over 300 bucks for a new one...
i posted the pics on a site that will be up for about 30 days...
http://www.sendpix.com/albums/04053015/pddz3cf8p0/
ok thats the site...the pics of the trunk are on the last couple of
pages...thanks a lot...
