Thanks for the new board, this board is very similar to a couple of other boards that I frequent so I know I will like this one so much better than the Yahoo message board.
About the only feature I liked about the Yahoo board was the option of having the daily emails forwarded to me instead of having to check the message board for new entries. It was very handy and made it very easy to keep up to date.
Also, I wasn't able to use the same username that I have at Yahoo (ascmclarencoupe). It wouldn't take it for some reason......... :-)

I wanted to post a message here because I wanted to hear any concerns from people that may have refused to sign up because the don't like it. (I hope not)
One thing I am concerned with is the difference between the yahoo group and the new site. The yahoo group would email out a message whenever somebody posted...no matter what the topic was.
With the new board, people have to check it occasionally to see if there are any new threads. IF somebody replies to a thread then everyone who has posted to that thread gets an email (if you do not get an email, check your profile, there is a setting for it).
See the difference?
Would it be better if EVERYONE gets notified ANYTIME someone posts to the new board? I think traffic would be low enough to do it. In large boards with thousands of posts a day its just not practical...
