Going to look at 85 with sun roof 19000 miles need alot of work parked outside all the time. Paint , dash bad but car is all there.vin#1MEBP79M5FF612850 it has a 85 mph speedo did 1985 have 140 IS IT A REAL ASC??
Still have an 88 5sp for sale $7000

My '85 did not have a 140 mph speedo but it was earlier than this one you're asking about.

Look for the metal McLaren tag on the radiator.

Look for a 6 digit DSO on the door tag.

That is the only sure way to know an 85 asc coupe.
