Copperstate Mustang Club: Car of the Month

Post by hanksgt »

Our 1989 ASC/McLaren was selected as car of the month in our Mustang club newsletter. It is on page 1 and 13 of the club October newsletter:
http://copperstatemustangclub.com/mirror/oct12.pdf

We shot the lead photo on a preserved section of Route 66 in Flagstaff, AZ last month during a shoot for the independent movie "The Next Level Starts Now" which should be out in about a year. I have been trying to get the McLaren in a movie for 5 years now.

I gave thanks to Sandy at the end of the article.

Thanks. For me driving it and being with Mustang friends makes it fun. I try to sneak a shot or two in when I can of my car or my family. The last time the ASC was car of the month was Nov 2001. I figured it was time to show it off again.

Great job Hank!!! My car was in the Sedona and Camp Verde area for about 10 years till I bought it last year and brought it to Texas. Do you know much about the 88 that is for sale on Craigslist.

Anything I can do to keep our cars in the spotlight. Thanks.

That '88 was out at the Pavilions last week but I missed it. I was told it was clean, but has been for sale for some time now. It started at $12,000 and has dropped. Let me know if you would like to me look at/photograph it for you.

Thanks. I'm going to have the article enlarged and laminated to display at shows.
