Window Channel on a 86 Eurocoupe

Where can I get (I call it window channel) the black rubber/felt that the window rolles up into & how hard is it to install?

It is fairly easy once the door panel is off.

Lube the outside up a bit (vaseline or whatever) before you get it seated in the front channel that goes wayyyyy down in the door.

You may want to wear gloves when you get them. I am not sure if the 50Resto ones are the same as the ones from FMR (foxmustangrestoration.com), but when I pulled out one that I ordered from FMR, every place that my skin came in contact with it itched for a couple of days. I forgot about it a few weeks later and took them out of the box again and started itching. It seemed to be some kind of a chemical irritation

I don't know of anything that I am allergic to, but it could just be me.

The one I had from 50Resto didn't give me any problems like that.

I will find out. Ordered them from 50Resto.

Got the window channels from 50Resto and installed them and had no itching from then. They worked great.
