An ascMcLaren forum for 84-86 Capri and 87-90 Mustang based cars modified by Automotive Speciality Corporation, a Division of American Sunroof Corporation. (no affiliation)
This is a place where we discuss anything BUT ascMcLaren cars. TV, movies, vacations, family, pets, girlfriends, college, school, OTHER cars, whatever....that kinda thing. Taboo is Religion, Ethnic Background, Politics.
Met up with Mr Joshua (Josh) with his 86GT, FuturaGuy(Rock) with his 72 Mustang 302 and circa77 (Brian) with his 86 GT from foureyedpride.
There were supposed to be more of us, but had a few last minute changes
Rock's father bought the 72 brand new, passed it along to him, and still has it. Nice to see a car stay in the family so long. Car is all original and well preserved.

I had her up to change the oil, finally install my dipstick, get pics of my exhaust, and to get the trans tag info marked down. Still up in the air because I'm "up in the air" about what I'm going to do about the exhaust. She's all together just have to let her down...figured if I'm gonna change the exhaust I'll just leave her up...but we'll see.

Do you have a deep sump pan? The vert I got from Chris has a deep sump but its threaded in the pan and kinked so I can't put a dipstick in!
I have too look at it at some point.

Yeah it's a Moroso pan. I had one in originally but I F'd it up when I took out the motor...couldn't get the new one back in...had to go with a flexible universal one...I'm not happy with how it looks but at least I have one in there...
I wish I could remember what I did the first time I installed it...either way it's done.

You're showing your age. I'd STILL take the Playboys!!
We had a second home, up by the Suwannee River. Some kids broke in our shed, where the washer and dryer were. When we sold the place, the dryer was full of old Playboys!! We never used the washer and dryer since we only went up there for weekends and short periods of time.
But I really liked (like) a couple of the issues.!!!!!
