Subject: 1991 asc/McLaren ??

C'mon...
NO 1991s were made. The closest thing to a 1991 model that asc got
to was the printing of a sole 1991 color/interior/roof color listing.
I own it, now. The print date on the thing says "PRELIMINARY 1991
asc/McLAREN COLORS/FABRICS" and the print date is 390 or March 1990.
By THAT time there was a danger of Hans & Peter killing one & other!
As I mentioned prior, taken the 1989 drop over 1998 was 75% and the
1990 drop over 1989 was 73% the average of the two would be 74% and
74% drop over the 65 made for 1990 would have resulted in a 1991
production run of 16 units....Hardly worth the trouble, unless Ford
planned to prostitute the thing with 0 down, 0 financing and 0
payments for a year, and sold 'em at $150.00 over invoice.
