was there ever any pattern or system to the way the cars were
produced. like did they make so many of a certain color at one
time , or was the whole thing random. do you know if they were
built one at a time or a few at a time or a small assembly line or
what? also, i read where you talked about lost plaques and new
numbers. i ran adross an '85 that was #276(or so they say). since
there were only 257 made, is this an example of a replacement
plaque. if so how would you find out the real number? or is this
impossible on the 84 and 85 because of the records being destroyed
(can you find the 86-up real numbers)? and one last question before
i let your brain cool, do you know how many replacement plaques
were issued?
