Cannot comment on any other model but the 1985 Capri based roadster that I own.  I replaced the springs about six months ago.  Put in the standard springs as listed for a 1985 stock Capri hardtop.  Car now sits about two inches higher.  Rear is slightly higher than front.  Significantly improved the handling, decreased drag on transmission and looks good.  Appears that the ragtop has LESS weight in the rear for the springs to handle...?  What do you say, Sandy ?
