The answer can be found in your transmission. The lower priced
lesser equipped GS came either 4-Speed Automatic or 4-Speed Manual,
while the higher priced RS came 4-Speed Automatic **OR** 5-Speed
Manual. Therefore I'd assume yours is a RS. Likewise the GS did not
have a front air dam, but of course this would have been easy for a
prior owner, or even the selling dealer to add. A transmission
change is much harder, though certainly not impossible. GS model was
available with a V-8, so you can't go by that. I believe that the
TRX wheels were also a RS-Only option, but again could probably be
added by a prior owner. The safest bet here would be based upon the
tranny.
