Subject: Any one interested in a cheap Mclaren coupe???

Body:
In my quest for a capri, found two in one spot. 86 4cyl 4spd no a/c
fair to ??? condition and a completely dissembeled Mclaren. Problem
with mclaren is, missing ground effects, rear spoiler is there but is
ROUGH. Body work was started and the 1/4's and doors(which are on the
car)seem very usable but, the gutted shell has been sitting outside,
mostly uncovered (rear hatch there but not on car, no windshield) for
the past 10 months with a ton trim in the shell. I think it can be
saved (maybe???) It is more work than I was looking for but one of
you may be able to do something with it. It is an 85, the wheels(I
didnt look at because they were in the rafters of his shed), some of
the plexiglass( tail light covers and side window covers are all that
I did see but I didn't go through all of the boxes in the car) the
non red piped/striped gray GT seats (pretty good shape)and a ton of
other stuff. It was way more of a project than I expected, I want a
capri but I do not have the time for that knid of project.I am just
trying to do the guy selling it a favor by putting up here so mabey
someone else who would hate to see a rare car like this one end up
being scrapped might be able to work something with this guy and the
car gets saved.

He wants $2000.00 for the pair with alot of parts to boot. The car is
in Huntington West Virginia. This is a definate project!! If you are
interested email me and I will put you in contact with him.

Thanks
Rob
