Here in Michigan the state combats this by allowing six cars a year
to be sold by any one person. But of course people end run this law
by not transferring the title to themselves. I know there are
unscrupulous people everwhere, especially in our hobby, but every
now and then you'd hope someone would suprise you. Thanx for letting
me vent, though.
