Everybody I asked said they just bolt up and through.
BTW, the "NOS" air dam you got from Hank I think was "made" up by him. It is different than the originals which were a fairly rigid material. The newer one I got from Hank was "bendy". There was a picture somewhere of a white coupe with a busted front air dam. The break in the air dam looked exactly like broken fiberglass.
I need to drill the holes for the fog lamps too.
