I went through my Capri picture album and found a couple of pictures of the pad that may answer your questions. If you need them I can get them scanned and send them to you.

Long story short, does anyone know if the 84-86 Capri pads go as far as the tabs near the front of the hood or do they extend farther front and have clips that clip them to the underside?
More importantly, does anyone have the original underhood pad on their Capri? Could they take some pictures? I'd also be interested is seeing the openings in the pad so that I can cut the correct holes for the light and sticker as well as anything else that is missing.
Sandy, maybe if you happen to visit your coupe, you could take some shots of it. I'm sure its like new there :-)
