Yes. Likewise my 1990 Sterling Silver example, with 7,273 miles on
it. My 1990 blue is still R-12. I have a guy who can sell me the R-
12 at $41.00 a can and he does the job in total (one can) for
$100.00, but the prior owner of my Silver car was from New Hampshire
and up there you just don't have as many avenues to get such. It's
not quite as cold as the original, but it does the job. The blue car
after 10 miutes on "HIGH" needs to be cut down to medium, while the
silver car needs HIGH longer, especially when it's humid out, or 89
degrees or higher.
