red 88 #1328 in Michigan

I am still wondering if there were any cam or exhaust modifications done by ascmclaren.  The reason I am asking is because there is a Ford sticker on top of the fan shroud that states "Exhaust system catalyst inspected and replaced" Emissions recall, recall number 91e13."  I am just curious why it was recalled and what did they do to fix it.  I am also curious why the belt itself on my  seat belt is blue with a tan covering from the floor and the shoulder belt is tan which is the color of the interior.  Any info you guys could give would be appreciated.
