Just like when Ford said the Cobra made 320HP in 99, but was actually
about 290. Or when Chevrolet said the Camaro SS made 320, when it
really made 345...or the new Cobra that said it makes 390, but makes
more like 425.

These are just published numbers. You could take two cars off the
assembly line and they would have different HP ratings.

Most numbers are fudged for bragging rights or insurance purposes.
