Underhood Light FIXED !!

I fixed the underhood Light!
A coupling connection came apart.
At the lower edge of the hood, just inches above the firewall, but
attached to the hood, is a coupling where the wire that goes up to
the actual light and then comes down to connect to a small grey
plastic connector. It slides in to the other half and snaps locked.
That connection came apart, and the shorter wire (wrapped in black
tape) had fallen down, outta sight, so I didn't see it. I studied
the Silver 90 (which is at home) and that is where I saw that
connection, then I went down to the storage facility and looked at
the blue '90 - only to see it was not there! So I went groping
around and found the "wire to nowhere" and saw the same plastic
connector and pick it up and snapped it in and VIOLA, the "bad" bulb
lit up!!
It's always good to have a spare identical car around to check & see
how something should be, on the real thing! :)
