How do you special order a particular paint on a car? I fought with the Ford dealer on my 96 Probe GT since they didn't have a midnight blue metallic (notice a trend?). I offered to pay extra whatever. No dice.
Maybe the Lincolns are pricy enough that Ford is willing to bend.
