i took some pics for you but i couldn't open the photo section

click on the last album labeled "asc"
there is a pic of the switch pulled out and wires exposed, a pic of
the pull down motor, and a pic of the saftey switch in the trunk--
this might also be your problem. if its not making contact with the
trunk hindge when the trunk is closed the top motor will not work.
you can tape it to test everything else. its a plunger type switch.
it prevents the tonnou frow coming up when the trunk is open, so you
dont crush the body and trunk edges.
