1985 & 1986 COUPES........

The Original system that the car was dismissed with from asc, at the
Autry Ave Livonia Plant was $1,000 A SIDE TO REPLACE!!! It was (I
was told) a one piece systwm from the headers to the rear bumper,
including mufflers & Cat Convertor, all one sealed enclosed unit.

asc liked playing the the exhausts! The 87-90 Mustangs are LX - V8s
which used a different system than did the GT, yet all D32 McLarens
received the GT exhausts. Look at a LX V8, the pipes come straight
out the back...straight as an arrow. Then look at the GT. The
rearmost tips bend down at the end, toward the ground.
