sue? are you an attorney? please sir, we don't need another frivolous movement of idiocy clogging our courts. this mornings thread is much ado about nothing. someone is trying to bring their car to market and help the uneducated public reach it to consider it. nobody is going to go away from the final transaction not knowing what they got. furthermore, the resultant buyer will probably be grateful that they wer able to find such a nice car and we will all benefit by higher market prices for our cars.

But I think the lesson we have seen over the past while is that to command the bucks you have to
tell the audience that the car is a Mustang to catch their attention. Then you can explain it to
them afterwards that ' it is really a McLaren Mercury Capri - but they are almost identical to a
McLaren Ford Mustang... :) Hmmmm... almost a bit of a bait and switch eh ? Maybe one of these
buyers should sue them after they buy it when it turns out that it wasn't a McLaren Ford Mustang
that they were sold...
